Data center air conditioning and cooling equipment solutions

Ultra-high efficiency motors that contribute to reducing PUE and THDi 3% low harmonic VSD (inverter) that contribute to total cost and space reduction.

In a typical data center, the air conditioning and cooling systems consume about 40% of the total power, which is equivalent to the power consumption of server equipment. Fundamentally improving the power efficiency of the motors and VSDs (inverters), which are the main components of the air conditioning and cooling systems, directly contributes to energy savings and reduced electricity costs for the entire data center. Additionally, harmonic countermeasures lead to system optimization. We offer a lineup of inverters that meet the harmonic requirement of THDi below 5%, including the "IE5 Ultra High Efficiency Synchronous Reluctance Motor (SynRM)" that maintains high efficiency even at partial loads and variable speeds, the "Inverter-Integrated Motor EC Titanium IE5+" that saves space and wiring, and the "Cooling Tower Direct-Connected Vertical Motor (CTDD)." These inverters achieve THDi of 3% on their own without the need for additional equipment such as AC/DC reactors or active filters.
